Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing from Northwest Yarns! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be received within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item ordered online, please email customer service at info@nwyarns.com with your order number to request a return label.
Please note that for orders returned via mail, return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund. After receiving the label, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

To return an item purchased at our physical location, you must return to our physical location along with the item and its sales receipt so we can process your refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. For return of an item purchased online, please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number or email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note: a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total for all items costing $500.00 or more.
CLASS AND EVENT FEE REFUNDS
Requests for class or event fee refunds must be emailed to info@nwyarns.com at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class or event. These refund requests will be processed within 24 hours after the request is made. Refunds for class or event fees cannot be made if an emailed request is made less than 24 hours before the start of the class or event.
