Overshot Weaving
Learn Intermediate Weaving techniques with Joi Weaver!Cost:

If you already know the basics of four harness weaving, come take the next step into overshot! Overshot weaving is a technique that allows weavers to create round or flowing forms in their weaving patterns.
Requirement: you must have either taken the four harness weaving class at Northwest Yarns or learned it elsewhere; we will not be going over the basics of how to warp up a loom.
You will need: two skeins of yarn in different colors. You will also need one yarn for your tabby weave. This is best done in the same color as your warp. It should be thinner than your warp yarn if possible. If you need help, I will help you choose yarn at the beginning of the class.
All tools provided, though you can bring a loom from home if you wish!
