Hand Painted Yarn Dyeing

About this experience

Ever wanted to learn to dye your own yarn or create a color you haven't seen anyone else make? Come dye with us! Learn the easy skill of hand painting yarn dyeing and take home the skills to do it yourself!

Safety gear will be provided, but if you are allergic to latex or neoprene, please bring a pair of your own disposable gloves.

This class includes one skein of superwash yarn for dye instruction. If you want to bring additional yarn from home, we recommend a white or very light color, 100% wool (superwash is ok!) yarn in a hank (not wound into a ball or cake). We also have light colored yarn available for purchase in the shop. 

Materials needed: 

• If you are allergic to latex or neoprene, please bring a pair of your own disposable gloves. 
• Optional to bring or purchase an additional white hank of wool yarn
